Planning: Audition and screen test

After finally deciding the characters and backgrounds we decided to audition two of our friends that seemed to suit the roles that we had in mind. Sophia fits the feme fatale theme perfectly along with Nasir who has the perfect nerd look to him.

The following video was just a screen test/audition for our cast members, there was no specific script that they followed instead it was a basic meeting scene between both the characters. we were practicing the shots and the working of the camera thus the background audio or place was not given much thought. The video was very raw as it gives the behind the scenes of the first screen test, the movement and corporation between the camera man and the director.
