first discussion with team (old idea)
our very first discussion with the team members was to create a more comfortable and friendly environment. we sat together in a group and brainstormed ideas for our final project varying from deciding the genre the location of the shoots and other tasks.
we decided on first finalizing a story and setting out team roles so each can start working and practicing. we discussed before every shoot and post and helped each other in tasks like writing scripts or creating the mood board with the help of a joint Pinterest board.
In the first discussion we talked about an idea given by the team member, Jibran Karamat. That film opening was about a guy who takes medications to feel emotions but he has to face the consequences of hallucinations and mostly the hallucinations are of himself with extreme emotions and horrifying visions. Unfortunately we didn’t continue with this idea because it was too lengthy and replete to be a film introduction, another reason to drop the idea was also that this idea is better fitting for a whole short movie.
Later on, after a good discussion we came to the solution that we’ll go forward with Alishba Jalal’s idea of this girl who goes on a date with a guy. She likes him after that meeting so she gives him a ring. Later on she starts stalking him through the cameras. In the camera she sees him meeting another women. The scene then cuts to her phone of her texting him a few days before and there is the news going on in the background with him as a missing person. She is still dancing and getting ready, there is a montage.
She turns the news off and turns the music louder and then she will smile creepily at the mirror and somehow we will show (maybe with a blur shot) the bottom of the bed. The scene cuts close to the bottom of the bed and the enigma is that the hand starts shaking or stomps, trying to get out.
The question that will make the audience continue watching is whether he will survive and seek revenge, will justice be served or will she get away with it?
